Foot Orthoses

Foot orthoses are innersoles for shoes and sneakers, which are custom-made for each individual. Foot orthoses are used to normalize altered biomechanics of the foot and ankle. This is often an overlooked factor in musculoskeletal conditions. The feet are the foundation of the body. If they are not functioning properly, any structure between the toe and head may be adversely affected and become symptomatic.
